ART CAN FEED THE SOUL
DIGITAL ART
“DREAMS ARE ILLUSTRATIONS FROM THE BOOK YOUR SOUL IS WRITING ABOUT YOU.”
– MARHSA NORMAN
I’ve always felt a great love for creativity, as I like to think our ability to think creatively is what raised us from dirt. The first steps of my journey into digital art began at the tender age of 13 with the creation of custom forum signatures in photoshop. Those images began to grow larger and larger until, before I knew it, I was working on full sized abstract art projects.
My love for digital art was fostered with the help of the many digital art communities around the web. Platforms like DeviantArt and collaborative projects like EvokeOne were a catalyzing element for my young mind. The freedom of software in digital art and a helpful community of peers helped me progress my skills from hobby to career.
The real evolution of my artwork began with my career as a graphic designer. Digital art was now a part of my everyday life, and my familiarity with the software involved in my work rose exponentially. Changing my focus from art to design taught me the value of strategic thinking and planning.Art and design are fluid concepts, and as a result my work is always always moving forward. As the technology behind the artwork continues to evolve, new ways to express my ideas appear.
I look forward to the continued progress of my artistic vision. If you have an idea you would like to see given life or would like to purchase a print, contact me for a discussion.
DREAMSCAPE
A recreation of an older piece, and a much stronger representation of my original vision. This piece was the first of my work to be printed on canvas at full scale, and appeared in Art Exposed in Kamloops, British Columbia, 2017.

THE WANDERER
This is a piece close to my heart. I created it on August 24th, 2016, the seventh anniversary of my fathers death. That day has always been a tough one for me, as my father and I were very close.
This piece means much to me, as it embodies many of the emotions I’ve felt over the past few years. But most importantly, it is a representation of me moving on.
